Worst experience ever for a hospital. My mom had to go to Er. We got there. She started having a seizure as we asked for the emergency staff to come help, they walked like they did not care and as I yelled at them to hurry up they only upped their pace a little bit. Brought a wheel chair instead of stretcher and very unprofessional. When she was admitted, the doc was saying her symptoms were scary but never explained what. They tried giving her medication she was allergic to and the next day food she was allergic to. I am so mad. My mom could have died. We still do not have the professional diagnosis. They said go to your primary care doc. That does not help when she was so ill. They also did not give us copy of the test results. I would not recommend this hospital. Only plus was some of the nurses seemed to be knowledgeable but were under doctor orders.
I truly hope you do not have a complex LnI case. Or a billing problem. The women in billing is so rude unhelpful and acts as though she does not have the time. I have been working with LnI and the nasty collections they sent me to for almost a year to get a payment to this hospital and met with rude people accusing me of fraud. Don't even get me started on the hospital trip itself bleeding finger, trap me in a room for over a hour no nurse or doctor go out to find a bathroom they are all talking around the nurse station laughing.... They did not clean the cut or really look at it. Gave me a shot and sent me home. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!!!!
Every experience I have had with Cascade Valley Hospital has been positive and above average. The staff, from admitting to technicians, were caring and concerned about my comfort on each visit there. And lately there have been multiple visits. They were all professional and excelled at their jobs. It is my hospital and I'm so glad to have it a part of my community. A review of 5 stars for me!
We brought our 1 year old to the ER last night and it was a great experience considering the circumstances. All of the staff were really nice given we were obviously nervous with our baby. The nurses, doctors, and the x ray technician were awesome with our daughter. Happy we went there to care for her
.
Daughter was really sick for three days now. brought her into the Emergency Room. We were seen and evaluated, and only spent a total time in the hospital an hour and twenty minutes. Spent more time waiting to get the medicine filled than in the hospital.. that’s sad. But loved the staff that took care of my daughter, they were listening to the whole situation and evaluated her and what needs to be done. Was yet another great visit to Cascade Valley Hospital!
