I brought my daughter's delicate homecoming dress here last year to get altered and they did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend. Cost was around $36- that included sewing the intricate rhinestones back on. I also brought two nice quality pairs of jeans here recently to get hemmed and also to get a zipper fixed and again, they did a great job. That cost about $40 altogether for the two hems and the zipper. My go-to place now.

I had a rectangular piece of material. Asked for a simple hem on all 4 sides. A seamstress could do this in less than 5 minutes. Went to pick it up they wanted $38. That is 4 times what I paid for the material. If you don't pay what they want you don't get your item back, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF PLACE!!!

I won't use any other cleaners in the area. The staff is friendly and efficient. My clothes come back well-cleaned and pressed. I recommend them to everybody.

I've been using them for a while for dry cleaning, but my review is really for "Yoon" she is who does the alterations there. I had a wedding dress to alter and she did a great job! She listened intently to what I wanted done and my concerns and she delivered! She was very kind and professional. They have a little fitting room there and we met a couple times in the evening around my schedule. I was very very happy with how my dress came out and her pricing. I plan on taking anything I ever need altered to her!

Too bad, since I have several items I need to have altered altered and repaired. Glad I gave them a test with just a few shirts. I will not be returning. Zero customer service.

Dropped off 5 men's shirts to be washed and pressed. They tried very hard to get me to dry clean, but I explained washed is fine, as these were more casual and just a huge time savings that I don't need to iron them. Was quoted a price of $2.50 per shirt. When I went to pick them up, I was charged $3.75 each. I asked why and was told that it was because there were stains and they had to dry clean after all. When I asked if that was all 5 shirts that had stains I was unaware of, the agents behind the counter looked at the receipt and saw the hand written note that said "not dry clean" and then changed their story; now the up-charge was because my shirts were size 3XL. I explained that I asked the price in advance and was quoted $2.50. I got a blank stare and no comment. Not even an "I'm sorry for the miscommunication, butt...". Just a full charge, including a 50% overcharge.
