The stay was pleasant. Complimentary breakfast. The room was clean but the lock on the door was almost broken and loose. Didn't feel safe there afterwards. The staff was friendly.

The experience hasn't been terrible, I haven't seen any cockroaches or mice. But the rooms are very dated, very minimal and very dim. The TV is small and there is a strange smell to my non-smoking room. The towels are worn and the sheets are stained. I'll make it work to save some money but I wouldnt bring my family here. Also, no meat with their breakfast.

First thing that greeted me when I walked in the room was what looked like a large blood stain & smear (oxidized and probably washed, but still totally gross nonetheless) across the side of the white bedspread. But the room was hot so before calling the front desk I wanted to rotten the ac on... the top door and entire hard plastic cover to the unit crashed to the floor onto my foot. They did come up promptly and reattach the cover and bring a new bedspread. The rest of our visit went smoothly & uneventful and the room was nice enough (although I despise carpeted floors in hotel rooms). My biggest issue is how anyone making that bed up could've not noticed a 2 inch long blood stain on a white bed cover.

Worst Hotel stay I have experienced in the 12 years of business travel. Run down Hotel, filthy room with broken furniture and appliances in rooms, internet service with no conductivity, along with a staff that seems to care less, adds up to a terrible nights rest. Don't say you weren't warned.

This was my worst stay in a hotel in fifty years of travelling. No linen change, very poor internet service, bathroom not cleaned twice, dull breakfast choices, dimly lit hallways, room and stairwells, Had to go to the front desk twice to ask for fresh towels (2 different days), bed linen not changed on the day they said it would be done.

The only thing these people were good at and seemed to be accustomed to doing was giving an apology, therefore a Star was earned.

Oh yeah, this is a two story older building with no elevator. It looks nice only on the painted exterior. The interior shows its age. No grab bar in the shower either. All near by hotels were full, so I stayed and regretted it.
