Nice place to park for public access to the river. In the summer when the river is low, you can wade out to the sandbars or even to the other side. Great place to take kids and dogs.
Fun park to take kids too. The new bathrooms are a great addition! Easy access to the river here.

I take dog a lost every day to walk the Eagle Trail at Haller Park. Always something to see. This summer watched ospreys raise two young.
The trail is nice and flat, which my knees really appreciate. It is very under utulized, I rarely encounter anyone.
Great hiking/biking/horse trail. Great for dogs, as well. Beautiful tall trees and tons of blueberry bushes along the trail. This Park has wide parking space, a restroom a nice playground.
The park is great for little kids, has a splash pad coming soon. Trails and lots of places to walk. Great spot.
