We finally called the office and luckily there was an agent that took the time out of her day to pick up for Chentelles stupid mistake.
Shelley Pankievich,( my best friend) bought her first home on Camano Island. She was so nervous about the procedures and financials that accompany purchasing a short sale home. I witnessed Chentelle Fullwiler walk Shelley through all the steps, one by one, and ease her mind when my friend thought she was losing it. Chentelle was able to completely take over and deal with difficult, third party banks, when it felt as though all was lost. We appreciate her patience and persistence during the process, and now my friend is living in her dream home for a price that she can comfortably afford. Without her, I know my friend would have given up on this home. We are so thankful for Chentelle and all her knowledge and experience. Even after Shelley was settling and residing in the home, Chentelle followed up with her to make sure she was happy and gave her a sweet housewarming gift. This was above and beyond what I have ever experienced with agents in the past. We both recommend her every chance we get to friends and co-workers, and when the time comes she will be my agent for sure.

Sally Tritt-Collins is a fabulous real estate agent! She is observant and intuitive, thus she quickly understands the needs and desires of any client. She has been an excellent resource for my husband and me, helping us to be aware of all the things we needed to know in order to either buy a house or to buy property on which to build our own home. I love their website, no ads and no spam! I went to their office and found friendly staff who set us up with a very knowledgeable agent who helped us buying our home. I would definitely recommend them. They are local and know the neighborhoods and the market.
Sally Tritt-Collins found us our dream property in Stanwood. She also found us an investment property and handled the purchase and eventual sale of it. Sally is professional, knowledgeable and courteous, all the things you want in a real estate agent.
Now, to the important part. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. I have purchased homes before and I have to say this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had and my wife and I didn't end up purchasing. We were referred to Chentelle Fullwiler of Windermere Arlington as she had a listing that appeared to be perfect for my wife and I. After talking with her(she was very nice at first), we booked the apportionment for her to show us the home.
What I don't understand is how an office can allow an agent to operate like this!? Unprofessional, snobby, arrogant, and all around terrible. If I could give -10 stars believe me, I would.
After getting ahold of her she talked to us like we were stupid and was so disrespectful to us. She acted like we had made a mistake of the day when we have the messages confirming the date and time.
That's when EVERYTHING changed. After we had confirmed the showing Chentelle was IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Didn't answer calls, texts, emails, NOTHING. We arrived to the home the day of our showing and SHE DIDNT SHOW UP. No call to cancel, no text, nothing and of course no answering when we called while we were there.
