I absolutely love this clinic. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They operate with such compassion, I always feel well informed and satisfied after a visit. They also love my dogs so that's a plus! I always recommend them to friends and family!

This place is a scam. I have gone in a couple of times and test out nail trimmings and a couple of other things to see how much the cost would be. Each time that I went in the cost change. Even something as simple as a nail clipping would change from $7 to $10 so on and so forth. They will charge prices without the owner even knowing my opinion that's stealing money. Not only that but if you would like to speak to the manager she is usually never there on Fridays or saterdays. I have also witnessed them treating their staff horrible. I have even known someone to work there and confirm everything. It's so bad to the point where they would give out cards for people to give good reviews on their place so that way they can give discounts to customers. I highly suggest taking your money somewhere else to a place where you can fully trust but you know that they won't overcharge you or steal your money who won't ask you to put good reviews so that way they can give out discounts for their horrible place that they run. I will be telling my friends and family of this business and it's to the point where I will call and complaint and maybe even sue. I highly suggest for people who actually go to this place to look at the receipt and check on everything and to make sure that they're not overcharging you.

This place doesn't even deserve any stars and after reading a few other reviews, I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks this place is just horrible. It's obvious that this place only cares about getting as much money out of your pocket then they do about patient/customer care. Honestly people, save your pets from ever going to this place, there are way better veterinary clinics than this place.

So you denie all of this as well as send me a letter of banning me? Well at the same time trying to play nice on the internet. Sorry but that's not how this works. At least sign the paper and be honest. You guys should be reported and to prove it I'll post a picture of the letter. Again liers, rip offs, and should be shout down and reported

These guys are awesome! I'm new to the area, so the walk in was perfect since I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else. My sweet puppy was having strange symptoms. They did a very thorough exam of him and referred me to a pet neurologist for his treatment. They spent time examing, explaining, and comforting both me and my pup. Ok he's 5 but he'll always be my puppy. They even asked me to call and give them an update on the neurology appointment. Absolutely wonderful people- vet and techs! The exam was only $35, and they caught a potentially terminal brain tumor. I am forever grateful. They truly care about pets and people.

My wife found someone's dog while running, and its only ID was a tag with this Vet office's number on it. When she called to see if they would help find the owner (since the dog has visited the vet before we assume they would have a file or something that could help them find the owner), but they hung up on her. She called back and no one answered, until she called from a blocked number and someone finally answered, (and she gave that person a piece of her mind for being so rude). In short, this place does NOT care about animals, only getting money from their owners. I guess we will send this dog to a shelter (such a fun place for dogs!), and hope someone claims him or maybe the shelter will be more helpful than this business was. I don't care what policies they may have, hanging up on and refusing to help a lost dog is not the type of behavior i expect from a place that gets paid to help them. I hope this place shuts down if this is how they treat animals.
