Hooray! A co-op that has kept its farm and ranch roots! I needed a "farm" item(s) for fencing, and no "farm" coops or stores along the I-5 corridor from Marysville to Blaine and communities like Lynden had it. But this store did! The price was competitive with online prices, too, and I didn't have to pay for shipping. As I visited other co-ops, something became abundantly clear --- they have for the most part become urban retail stores, focusing on hardware sales like any other hardware or big box store, and a small section devoted to garden and an occasional farm market item. I was delighted to visit a farm store. And, the people, from the ladies who knew what "thing-you-attach-to-this-other-device" was, to the guy with the English accent at the check-out counter, were not just 'customer service', they seemed to enjoy what they were doing and made me feel like a neighbor, not a stranger from 2 hours away. Wonderful store. Highly recommend it.
Have lived in Arlington 10 years and each time I go in I swear I will never go back. Today I am holding to it. You could not get arrested in that store if you tried. In other words the assistance to customers is severely lacking.
I found a mouse in my rabbits food and the chick at the front didn't really care... none the less I had to ask her if I could get more food cause she was just staring at it
Great service! If you want to be a member just ask, don't come on here and complain. This is a farm and feed store not a participation trophy store like Walmart
I've been in here many times. Every time I have been asked if I am a member. Not once have I been told how to become a member. Not the friendliest service I have gotten. Guess you need to be a member to get good service.
