Loaded in the lumber yard"indoors" two feet from the tailgate, price right, staff courteous and friendly. Product superior... worth the extra mile.

P.s. if you have similar experience , Lowe's or same for home depot. Their mobile apps will tell you anything youll need to know. Honestly its gonna know more then the average employee. Happy shopping. :)

Its funny, when you are clearly looking for something and you turn around and two employees are clearly not taking inventory, in plain view of me, Its funny how its the same thing EVERY time. Only except today was the day! I had my first lowes employee ask me if i needed help finding something. Out of 4 years. Of going there. Thank you young red head working paint section.

MARY has been extremely helpful to myself and husband . We're constantly in Lowe's for one thing or another and I Must say MARY is like a breath of fresh air ..greeting us with enthusiasm and sincerely wanting to help us. Her customer service makes us feel it's work it to shop at Lowe's instead of driving to Burlington which is closer.

I've shopped Lowe's in Arlington/Smokey Point for 15 years. I have always had good customer service and usually when I need it most they have given me excellent service. The most recent example: I purchased a grill to be picked up later. Turns out the grill was not a standard stock item and when I went to pick up the assembled unit it was nowhere to be found. The manager (JD) upgraded me to the same grill in stainless steel that they did have in stock and had a worker putting it together for me before the exchange was even final. I was able to pick up the new grill an hour later. All at no additional cost to me.

This Lowe's store has the things I need because I call before going there. People should not complain about the customer service there because you DO KNOW that the employees make only slave-wages (about $10 an hour)! *NOTE: If the employees working there were making $18 dollars an hour you would have good quality service. Lowe's is no different than WAL-MART..... It is the high cost of low wages! So the suffering continues in the U.S.A. Watch the YouTube video documentary titled 'THE STORY OF YOUR ENSLAVEMENT'
