Roof repair is not cheap and you definitely want trained professionals to do the work. I researched and saw some good reviews for Axis and decided to give them the work. This company delayed paperwork at the beginning which I should have taken as a first red flag. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since any business can get busy and still went ahead to schedule an estimate to be done. The company came through to conduct an estimate and seemed professional so I went ahead and schedule work to be performed. I signed their contract for the total amount due and paid the initial deposit to begin work. Once the work began they started pulling the “oh we didn’t see the full extent of work” card. You know, the fear you get when you are paying a lot for something and surprise they start adding to the cost. That’s what I started feeling. As trained “professionals” I assume your job is to know what the cost would be when you come out to do the estimate. The final price has now gone up another $1050.00 to be included in the total (red flag 2). Why sign a contract for the amount due if it’s just going to change then? After reaching out to the company I am also informed that my original person of contact is no longer with the company (red flag 3). I can even understand maybe $100-$200 over the estimate for extra materials but another $1050.00 is absurd. As they inform me of this change they also have the nerve to upsell me on stuff I don’t need because it will be aesthetically better. Why didn’t you mention it during the estimate once again? As the work is being performed I am curious to see what else these “professionals” will discover to continue inflating the price. Be cautious when dealing with this company. It is one thing to have a nice customer service voice, it’s another to discover issues that will dramatically increase your spending budget while they also try and upsell you on more work.
Axis is working on replacing my parents roof right now. I have to say I am so impressed with how professional Reynaldo’s crew is. Very polite and respectful. This company is top notch. Amanda in the office has been amazing. Her communication and friendliness has been so wonderful. I will be recommending Axis to everyone I know because of her customer service and friendliness. Billy their estimator gave my parents a fair price and was upfront and honest about everything. Not only that but the product they’re installing was higher quality than the other companies we received quotes from. When my parents have called the office everyone was pleasant and kind. I am just so impressed with this company. They definitely have a customer for life. I could just go on and on.

The crew who installed arrived early and immediately got to work! They listened carefully and addressed any areas we were having issues with. Very professional and polite and cleanup was on point!
