Had a great experience with the contractor when he came out to site, had a thorough discussion and put together a good plan for the roof repair. I was told an estimate would be provided by Monday (they came out on Friday). No one called me regarding the estimate, Dana claims she left a message but I have nothing from them. I had to call in to find out what the estimate was, come to find out they are turning down the job. Quite disappointing customer service.

I had heard scary stories from many of my neighbors about the horrible experiences they had with other roofing companies. We were NOT looking forward to this process AT ALL. Shane and his company made the process painless and our new roof looks gorgeous!
I would highly recommend S&S roofing. Shane is very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects when it comes to replacing a roof. They use top quality products and have a seasoned crew. They did a complete resheet at my request since it was rotted, vented ridges are straight and flat, valleys and drip edges look great. I noticed a couple minor problems when I walked the roof and they were out the next week to fix them.
