This is a fairly decent park I really had no issues with it other than the way they manage their payment system. I've been here for a year and if I am one day late with the rent they charge a $50 late fee no matter how reliable you have been they charge it anyway. Complicating the payment system if you're a long-term renter they don't take credit cards, they don't email you a bill, best you will get a phone call if you're lucky, so when you're late they charge a fee this is not friendly for people who are traveling a lot back-and-forth. The staff is friendly that's a plus but the Internet they offer for free is sketchy and only intermittently seems to work well enough to actually use. In general I don't expect any consideration, it's more like they're doing you a favor by letting you stay. That's from someone who's been here a year.
One of the only few true full-time lots in this region. Very manageable rent.
We have lived in the park since last May 2016. We find it to be a very clean, organized and safe place to live. The management is efficient and helpful. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. It is comfortable and peaceful to live here.

We will take our money somewhere else......baffles me as to how someone who makes ten times the amount of rent with a perfect clean record can be denied......oh well...That being said I recommend to anyone who pays for the expensive app go through the application and minimum qualifying rules with the front desk very thoroughly before doing so.....
Having been at this park for 2+ years I can say it is very clean, there are rules and the management makes sure they are followed! Which is why we have rules, the people in the park are very nice and watch out for their neighbors and the neighborhood. I consider myself lucky to have found this place!
